BusinessConnect is an independent resource for small service businesses looking for better software. We are not a software vendor. We help you choose. Our recommendations are based on real use cases for small teams, solo consultants, growing agencies, and EU/UK businesses that need to take GDPR seriously without an enterprise budget.
Who runs this site
BusinessConnect is operated from Lithuania, with a focus on small businesses across NATO countries — primarily in the EU, UK, US, and Canada. We are a small independent team and don't take vendor briefs, sponsorship for editorial content, or paid placements.
How we make money

We never recommend a tool just because it pays well — and we include honest "not ideal for" and "limitations" sections on every review so you can decide whether each tool actually fits your situation.

Editorial principles
- Show the limits. Every review names who the tool is not ideal for.
- Pricing first. We surface pricing up front, not buried under feature lists.
- Independence over income. We will list a tool that pays us nothing if it's the right fit, and we will skip a high-paying program that's the wrong fit for our readers.
- Update when reality changes. When a vendor drops a feature, raises prices, or shuts down a plan, we update the review and note the date.
